First time coming to wine butler and by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had bottling wine. Facility is clean and organized and both the guys working were extremely friendly and helpful. This will be our new wine place in the GTA

The young man said not a problem bring your bottles in and I have time to bottle the wine now. I was pleasantly surprised. I was on my way in 25 minutes even though he had other customers to care for. This was on Thursday Sept. 14, at 11:00 am. I didn't get the young man's name, but it will be easy for you to identify him with the details provided. Customer service above and beyond what could be expected.
